This support activity will include a public service SMS broadcast to inform more than 7 million subscribers in 48 high-risk districts across Pakistan, about the need to vaccinate their children ahead of the upcoming polio round.

Mobilink is the only cellular service provider in Pakistan which has shown support for this great initiative for eradicating Polio. Through this anti-polio drive, which has been endorsed by PTA as well, we want to emphasize the critical role of child-health in the development of a healthy society.”

Other eminent partners who have joined the Ministry of Health, UNICEF and WHO in the drive against polio include the National Highways, Motorway Police, the National Database and Registration Authority and Islamabad Traffic Police.
